Harvest Aid Capital needs

• Cooler room to keep the vegetables fresh till they are delivered (R60 000)

Farm

• Veggie Tunnels R4,500 each
• Funding to repair the farm house R100,000
• Repair/ replace the ceilings
• Redo the thatching
• Revamp two of the three bathrooms as they are unusable
• Walls need to be damp sealed and painted
• Chicken Feed for Egg Production R7,000 p/m

Child and granny led Families

• Sponsor a Family
  

Harvest Aid helps 30 child & granny led families. Many still need sponsors. An initial cost of R8 000 covers security gates on the house, a stove, beds, bedding, cutlery and crockery, school uniforms and shoes.
Monthly sponsorship of R2000 covers fuel, food, household cleaning goods and toiletries for an average family of 5.

This is an excellent project for a company or small business!

We are in desperate need of the following food items to make up food parcels for our orphaned and vulnerable children who are living in the Rietvallei township. These families rely on their daily meals that are given at Patrick Mashego Primary School, with the school closed the reality is that many children will go without food for days unless we do something.

These are the basics we need to make as many food parcels as we possibly can:

• Mielie meal
• Samp
• Sugar beans
• Tinned vegetables
• Rice
• Sugar
• Tinned meat products
• Flour
• Soya
